G'day.

Here you'll find some fitness files... at this stage, there aren't may - but I hope to add more as-and-when I can.

First up, here's a link to Graham's Running Blog ... complete with lotsa links.

If you are 'new' to running &/or getting fit, I swear by the Couch-to-5km (or c25k) training program ... designed to get you from the couch and into running 5km, or 30 minutes, in 9 weeks.

Next, the 15km novice training program - designed to take you from running 5km to running 15km in 10 weeks.

If that seems a little ambitious, here's Hal Higdon's 10km novice training program - designed to take you from running 5km to running 10km in 8 weeks.

Now, for a bit of vanity - here's my Bridge to Brisbane Race Report

And the Springfield Lakes Run for Fun Race Report

Plus the Spina Bifida Queensland Wheel-Walk-And-Fun-Run 8km Race Report

Another Fun-Run report ... this time, the Sanctuary Cove series (March) report

In April, I did the Rotary Fun-Run at Griffith Uni in Brisbane ...

I also did another Sanctuary Cove run in April - the second in my series of 4.

There there was the The Brisbane Marathon Festival 10K race in April.

And the Gold Coast Marathon 10K in July

One of the prettiest runs I've ever done is the Lowood-toFernvale Rail Trail Fun Run - and here's the report!

Here's the race report from the annual Run for Research

Wow! It's a year since my first report - so here's the report on my anniversary race - again, the Bridge to Brisbane - but this time the 12k event!

Now, here's a Picture (or two!)

Finally, Here are some 'gentle' exercises, for those who don't feel that they can do anything too vigorous to start with ...6 Gentle Execrcises, the book "Strong Women Stay Slim"

Next up - As of January 2007, I'm doing the Body Blitz and Sexy Abs challenges at www.calorieking.com.au - and as part of that, I've decided to put before-and-after photos up online.

More to come :)

Regards

Gra!
